The Hale Irwin-designed championship Prescott Lakes Golf Course has 18 holes that challenge all skill levels and include six tee box locations. The course is matched with an exceptional practice facility that includes a well-manicured driving range, target greens, chipping area, and a vast putting green.
World’s Oldest Rodeo
Since 1888, Prescott Frontier Days®, Inc. has presented the annual World’s Oldest Rodeo® at the Prescott Rodeo Grounds. See your favorite events, including steer wrestling, bareback riding, tie-down roping, women’s breakaway roping, saddle bronc riding, team roping, women’s barrel racing, bull riding and other great entertainment.
Whiskey Row
Whiskey Row is full of some of Prescott’s oldest history. Named because of the large number of saloons in one place, Whiskey Row was developed after a fire in July of 1900 destroyed the entire block. When reconstructed, there was an inordinate amount of bars rebuilt in the area. At one point the block hosted a total of 40 saloons.
