How It Works
Your First Call representative is your primary point of contact for all warranty-related questions and service requests. Acting as a liaison between you, your builder, and their trade contractors, your representative will:
- Explain your warranty coverage and performance standards
- Coordinate approved repairs
- Track progress and keep you updated
- Ensure all warranty items are resolved quickly and professionally

Complete the online form and include as much detail as possible about your issue or defect.
Our Commitment
Your First Call representative will manage your warranty claim from start to finish, document all communications, and follow up to ensure your satisfaction. Once your warranty items are completed, you and your builder will receive a Letter of Completion for your records.
